Received 15th September 1863 of Nathaniel V. Watkins

three thousand dollars for the following negroes [?] Lucy

and her two children Richard and Daphne and all the

future increase of said Lucy, the right and till to [?]

I hereby forever warranty and defer. I also warranty Lucy

and her two children, Richard and Daphne, to be of sound

body and mind. Given under my hand, this day and

year above without.
